Clever Droogies!

Droogies!
You keep getting clever and I have to keep coming up with ways to keep you guessing. Like with the H&H tour. I said before we could officially confirm the tour, “Any tour dates are either inaccurate or premature.” I wonder how many of you got the “premature” part and knew we were going to do this?

Dave Mustaine has posted the following message on the official Megadeth forum. At the beginning of the post, he is refering to something that happened on the Dean guitars live webcast.
Audio Failure
——————————————————————————–
Droogies!
In case you were wondering what was said when the audio went down before I left NAMM yesterday, it went like this:
She said, blah, blah blah NAMM?
I thought (what did she just say?) and said, “Yeah, I had a great day” or something.
She said, blah, blah, blah, DEAN are the best in the world!”
I said, “I completely agree, do you play guitar?” or something.

Hello All!
Since I have returned from the UK trip with Dave to finish the album, I have been reflecting on what we have accomplished over the last year with this new recording..
The whole experience has been a lot of fun for me, as well as learning so much from Dave in the process. All of us have worked so well together on this record, which is what good chemistry is all about!

Dave Mustaine has posted the following message about the recent MegaFanClub visit to the English Studio, that I was fortunate enough to attend!
Post MFC visit
——————————————————————————–
Droogies!
It won’t be long my lovelies, until you hear from our fellow Droogs of today’s visit.
Let me first say that I have had the most enjoyable experience with Andy Sneap here finishing the record; I can’t remember when I had such a pleasant time making a record. It is fast, heavy, melodic, and of course controversial, as well as hooky with some unexpected twists. Thanks to all of the engineers on this record; Lance, Jeff, Kieran, Ken, Chase, Andy, and whoever I may have forgotten. Thanks to the co-producers Jeff and Andy, and the studios Sarn Hook End, the Steak House, Big Fish, and Backstage Productions.

Dave Mustaine has posted the following message on the official Megadeth forums
Update 1/8/2007
——————————————————————————–
Droogies!
Well, nearing the end of the work day, Andy and I had one of his mates, Kristian Havard from a well known English thrash band called Xentrix come round for a visit and do some filming. He was quite a guitarist too, Andy tells me. Anyway, he sent some great stills over for us to see what he did, and we forwarded them to the fan club along with some video snips from the penultimate San Diego sessions, where “***********” and “Never Walk Alone” were written.

I have been speaking to Glen almost on a daily basis since his arrival in England, along with having a few phone conversation’s with Dave in the past few days - The general tone has been very positive and just being plain excitement to getting this record completed so all of you can hear it I have heard some of the work they have done ( vocal performances and guitar solo’s ) and all I will say about what I heard is that it put a big smile on my face

Dave Mustaine has posted the following update from England on the Megadeth forums
Update 1/7/07
——————————————————————————–
Droogies!
Whilst being burried under the workload of this last session with Andy Sneap on the new album, I can’t help but enjoy the countryside out here in Derbyshire, England. I am working on finishing by Thursday (fingers crossed), and will return to the states to start unwinding, in order to just wind back up again for the US run which is going to be super selective cities, venues, and with the perfect support groups.
