snow and studio!!!
That’s right, we have some snow here in Toronto, which is very exciting for me. this is what helps me get into the Christmas spirit!
speaking of which, it’s about time to start my Christmas shopping (Dave, do you want my cd wish list???? hehe) for the year.

aside from that thrilling news about snow, i have been very busy in my studio learning many new technics in the Pro Tools recording system.
I have an amazing teacher (Tony Crea) to help me with all these wonderful things!
this is so much fun for me, especailly the noticable increase of speed of my navigation techniques!

Expo’s and Plica removal
I returned home from Toronto a few days ago, in which Glen and myself attended the Toronto Music Expo - It was nice to see the droogs who did attend this event, as well as seeing my Canadian Pearl Drums rep, “Redge”, who was at the show helping Flo Mournier ( Cryptopsy drummer ) who had a drum seminar at the show. For those who are not aware of Flo’s drumming, this dude is 1 of the sickest, fastest Death metal drummers on planet earth ( in my humble opinion ) Anyways, it was cool talking to him for a bit as well.

Interesting week ahead of me, right! So, I am off for some training and interviews, some medical stuff and to get my car sussed out. My radar isn’t working and my right foot has a mind of its own

I also was left a little awkward feeling while reading a thread to an obviously small fan here and what y’all have typed in your signatures. This isn’t everyone, but it isn’t like a post that says something that comes and goes off into obscurity. The sig shows up dozens of times.

I am doing the weirdest thing right now. I am listening to the rough mixes of TWNAH and I forgot how good DiGrasso and Pitrelli were, especially Al’ mandolin performance, because I held back from listening due to the way things ended. My loss.

Oh, well. . . .

Someone had this crazy idea that I cut my leather pants from Argentina into 80 pieces and send one to each of the Wolves, but I dunno. It would only be the legs cuz I would feel weird sending someone the zipper.

Today was a fine day! Except for the unbelievable emotions that I feel when I listen to Daughters by John Mayer, the sun has been shining a lot lately.

I have to go out to Nashville to work on the Gigantour and Buenos Aires mixes with Jeff Balding in the middle of December. I look forward to catching some hockey out there too.

Anticipation
Like you guys, I’m very excited about the upcoming recording process. To play with Dave and the Drovers is awesome, and to share something like this that will be written into Mega history is amazing. There’s even talk of covering “Papa was a rolling stone”. J’K.

I spent some time off in the British Columbia mountain range, upper Rockies. Some of the best scenery I’ve witnessed, but very cold so high up of course. It’s back to Florida where it’s still in the eighties, hard to believe for November.

Hello - I just wanted to say hi to all and hope you are doing well. I am enjoying this break at home, but I am staying pretty busy. Shawn will be here tomorrow, so we will be putting his ideas to tape here in my studio - I will probably put a few of my ideas down as well. We’ll most likely be sending it off to Dave sometime next week or so. The 2 of us have not been in the studio for well over 1 year, so this will be fun.

First a huge thank you to Susie Q for everything with the new Official Megadeth Store at ebay, you guys are all awesome, but Susie is/has been doing the most.

I can’t believe I am actually parting with most of this stuff, but it is better in your hands than mine. So, so very much cool stuff. Some of this is items you would get through the fan club, but since not everyone is in the fan club nor are these items going to be the same from year to year, this is a great way to pick up stuff you may be missing.

I was recently emailed this clip of Dave Mustaine appearing in Duck Dodgers once more, this weekend.
