Shawn Drover is “Keeping Busy”

Email This Story To A Friend

Shawn Drover has posted the following message in his “Shadow Of Deth” section of the Megadeth forums.

Keeping busy
It doesent take me long to start sniffing around for something productive to do, so after winding down after this world tour, the inevitable question I always ask myself, “OK, what do I do now??” began to creep in about 1 week into our hiatus. Unlike Glen, who is constantly occupied with his young son, my kids are much older and self-sufficient ( much to my chagrin, if truth be told ) thus, not needing my constant supervision. Having said this, I have been keeping busy for the most part.

Update regarding the premiere of Megadeth on Duck Dodgers

Email This Story To A Friend

The following has been posted on Megadeth.com regarding the premiere of Megadeth in Duck Dodgers.

10/29: The premiere of the Duck Dodgers/Megadeth cartoon episode “In Space No One Can Hear You Rock/Ridealong Calamity” on the Boomerang chanel was bumped this weekend for a Scooby Doo marathon to celebrate Halloween, and is now scheduled to air this coming Friday, Nov. 4th at 10PM PT.
Also, the title of the series finale has been changed to “Bona Fide Heroes”. In theory, that would air in two weeks on Friday, but is not listed on the Boomerang site yet. Best to wait until it’s on the website schedule before adding that date to your calendar. You know, just in case they decide to run a Catch the Cuckoo marathon for Thanksgiving or something! Stay tuned for further detals about that show. Megadeth do appear in this finale episode.

Email This Story To A Friend

Dave Mustaine has posted the following message in his ‘Dave Speaks’ section of the Megadeth forums.

Mission 10.28
Droogies and She Wolves!

I am very curious as to what intrigues y’all when flying colors for your favorite bands and what are some of the best merchandise ideas that you have even seen. This includes clothing as well as all other interesting things that are out there. I know each band has its most popular shirt, etc., as evidenced by a thread here at our very home. http://forums.megadeth.com/showthread.php?t=193143 So, what are some of the most popluar shirts by some of the other heavy metal greats like the other members of the Big Four, Maiden, Priest, Acca Dacca, Zep? Also some of our new favorite bands that have come out in the last 5-10 years?

Arsenal Artwork
Droogies!

I am going to start on the artwork for “The Arsenal Of Megadeth” tomorrow with our wonderful friend and creator of so much Megadeth artwork in the past, Acryl! Also known as Michael Müller, I met Acryl many years ago, and he is a top rated artist, as well as a singer in a metal band now.

This is one of the last bits for “Arsenal” before we wrap this project up and get it ready for release.
